Any information change for you or a member of your household?
If so, we would ask the primary contact for the household to fill out the form for the entire family. Other household members do not need to fill out a form, unless they have a different address, in which case you should not include them here.
Oh, and just so you know, we automatically update your children's school grade every year just prior to the start of the new school year so you don't have to worry abourt that.
You can also update this information using our new mobile app. Just select your emoji in the upper right corner, and select the household member in the "My Household" section.
