Household Information Update

Please provide the following information so we have the most resent data on file. We would ask the primary contact for the household to fill out the form for the entire family. Other household members do not need to fill out a form, unless they have a different address, in which case you should not include them here. You can also update this information using our current mobile app provided by Church Center. Just open the app and select your emoji in the upper right corner. Then select the household member in the "My Household" section you want to update. If you don't have the app, you can download it from either the Google or Apple app store, depending on your smart device.
