Veteran’s Small Group - The next meeting of the VSG will be at the American Legion 300 Cherry St, Perryville MD on Tuesday December 2nd at 12:30. Disciple 3 Remember Who We Are - The Prophets - Join us Tuesday evenings at 6:30, beginning October 21, as we journey through a deeper understanding of the major and minor prophets of the Old Testament. Pastor Jack will lead us through themes such as repentance, renewals, and calls for community in this first semester. For more information see Ron Frederick or email growth@havencc.org . Wednesday Morning Bible Study - Find out how to overcome depression and help others find the peace God offers them with June Hunt's 6-week Bible study "Overcoming Depression". Meetings begin September 3 at 10 am at Haven Community Church For more information see Robin Hildebrand or email growth@havencc.org.
Cecilton Small Group - In You Are Never Alone bible study, Max Lucado walks us through John’s Gospel and explores Christ’s miracles and how He’s still at work in our lives today! In this six session video study, beginning November 5th, you’ll discover you’re stronger than you think because with Jesus in our lives, we are never truly alone. Rooted Women’s Group Bible Study - Haven’s Rooted Women’s Group will begin a new study of John 15, Secrets of the Vine Bible Study by Bruce Wilkinson. Men’s Breakfast - Men, if you like good fellowship and food, the Men’s breakfast is the first Saturday of each month. We meet at 8:00 A M at JoJo’s in Elkton. For more info see Rig Mullin or Bob Ward.
FINAL WEEK for Angel Tree & Packing Party next Sunday - There is only one more week to wrap up our 2025 Angel Tree Mission effort. All presents are due to be returned NEXT SUNDAY, December 7th. If you’d like to wrap your gifts, feel free to do so. But if not, return your gifts unwrapped and we will take care of them at the wrapping party we are having after church that day as well! All are welcome to join us! Finally, we are still accepting donations on-line if you’d like to support this effort in that way.
Host Team Meeting - Please stay after church Sunday November 30th for a brief meeting. We will be updating our responsibilities and receiving our new shirts. See Joanna Frederick if you cannot attend.
